Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel room was not cleaned until after 5 pm, which is not acceptable, but the size was excellent even though it was extremely hot. Despite this, it was naturally a very cozy room. I never bother to measure that.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, but it could be cooler. The service was top-notch with excellent room service options. The location was superb, close to major attractions. The dining experience, although decent, lacked diversity for vegan/veggie options. The facilities were well-maintained, but the dining area could improve.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were modern, clean, and compact, though lacking a view. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Nespresso machine for my morning coffee and a complimentary fruit platter last night. The service was excellent with helpful staff offering various amenities. The location was superb, close to the train station and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was decent, but more diverse options would be appreciated. Overall, a great value for a city break in Porto.
I was pleasantly surprised by the stylish and luxurious room with the added bonus of a Nespresso machine for my morning coffee. However, the late room cleaning and the presence of separate beds were a downside. The hotel also greeted me with a complimentary fruit platter, which was a nice touch.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were stylish and luxurious, with a Nespresso machine for morning coffee, but some rooms like mine felt very small. On the bright side, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary fruit platter. A little disappointing that certain rooms may not be as nice.
The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of Porto, making it convenient for exploring the city by foot. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, while the dining options were limited but satisfactory. The service provided was excellent, and the overall experience was great value for money.
